Segment #17 - US Army 1st Lt. Brian Brennan of Howell, NJ, an Operation Enduring Freedom combat veteran, was seriously injured in Afghanistan when an IED exploded under the humvee in which he was traveling. Lt. Brennan suffered cardiac arrest, multiple fractures and traumatic brain injury. He returned home a double amputee. His road to recovery can only be described as miraculous. He has become an inspiration to all who have met him.

Segment #14 - Gloria OBrien visits the U.S. Vets site in Long Beach Ca. to discuss their programs for female veterans. She speaks with Stephen Peck and Diane West, the program coordinators for the womens Advance and Renew programs that work with homelessness, substance abuse, sexual trauma, and employment resources.

Segment #13 - Michelle Ladd hosts this 2009 Documentary that goes inside rap group sessions with combat veterans from Iraq, Afghanistan and Vietnam. Contains some graphic and explicit language. Includes interviews with NVF PTSD Therapist Shad Meshad, IAVA founder Paul Rieckhoff, Congressman Bob Filner and combat vet Rick Seaman.

Segment #12 - Rick visits the headquarters of the IAVA, and does an "Unplugged" interview with the organization's founder Paul Rieckhoff. Paul served as a combat infantry officer in Iraq with the 3rd Infantry Division.
